I have been fortunate enough to work with this incredible organization since 2007. As a member of Chi Omega Fraternity, I was able to raise money to grant wishes as part of our philanthropy. By participating in events such as our annual "Just Wish For It" variety show and the "Chi O Cup" soccer tournament, we were able to raise enough money to grant a child's wish in 2010. He wished to go on a Disney Cruise, so when he got to the airport on his way to Florida, our chapter was there to give him a send-off party and meet his family. We loved every second of it, and being able to see the results of all of our hard work was absolutely amazing! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am also running the Chicago Marathon in October to raise $1,000 as part of Team Make A Wish. This is my first marathon, and I could not have picked a better organization to fundraise for! I am incredibly excited to be able to grant another child's wish through this experience, and could not be more humbled by everyone involved with the organization!
